Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom jewelry orders require 10-12 business days to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The Butterfly Spot offers free domestic shipping on all US orders. Free shipping is also available to many international destinations.

Estimated delivery time after processing: 3-4 weeks.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted on custom jewelry or personalized items.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folders.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom jewelry or personal care items. 
You will receive an exchange or a replacement only. If you received the wrong item or are dissatisfied with your order, please email us, and we will do our best to help.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to honor any changes, as your item has already been processed and dispatched.
